Working with production to recommend specialist crew based on location, skills, and experience. This global directory assists production to work more sustainably with trusted crews around the world.
In June 2023 KMG conducted an editorial rates survey to help create the first natural history editorial rates guideline.
We have also produced a 22 page report on the survey data which looks into rates of pay across different job roles, years of experience, specialisms, gender pay gap, and if people felt that they were being paid fairly.
